Cancer Update from John Hopkins

No plastic containers in microwave.
No water bottles in freezer.
No plastic wrap in microwave.
A dioxin chemical causes cancer, especially breast cancer.
Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic
bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.
Recently, Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital ,
was on a TV program to explain this health hazard.
He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us.
He said that we should not be heating our food in the
microwave using plastic containers...
This especially applies to foods that contain fat.
He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin
into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body...
Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic
containers for heating food... You get the same results, only without the dioxin.
So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc.,(None of which we recommend because of the amounts of MSG in them that causes an insulin reaction and weight gain) should be removed from the container and heated in something else.
Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper.
It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc.
He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away
from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons...
Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when
placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high
heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food.
Cover food with a paper towel instead.

This is how Sheryl Crow got breast cancer. She was on the Ellen show and said this same exact thing. This has been identified as the most common cause of the high levels in breast cancer, especially in Australia .
A friend whose mother was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and the Doctor told her: women should not drink bottled water that has been left in a car.
The doctor said that the heat and the plastic of the bottle have certain chemicals that can lead to breast cancer. So please be careful and do not drink bottled water that has been left in a car, and, pass this on to all the women in your life. This information is the kind we need to know and be aware and just might save us! The heat causes toxins from the plastic to leak into the water and they have found these toxins in breast tissue. Use a stainless steel Canteen or a glass bottle when you can!

It is found in plastic baby bottles, most cans are lined with the plastic substance, the Styrofoam plastic take home boxes from restaurants contain it and even the plastic drink boxes for fruit juices that children take to school in their lunch boxes contain it.
Phenol A interrupts normal fertility and is cumulative. One source suggests that in 2-3 generations, 90% of the developed world’s population will be completely sterile. Already fertility in both men and women has dropped precipitously in the developed world. The control group, people like the Amish, who do not use plastic in any form, do not show a parallel drop in fertility and do not have autism (the result of toxic substances in vaccinations). To demonstrate the problem, within months of introducing those vaccinations from Ely Lily, that have been so controversial here, to China a sudden bloom of thousands of autistic children were found in a country where autism didn’t exist before.
I personally would like my grandkids to have children if they want them.

Mad Cow Disease Your USDA At Work
Mad Cow Disease, bovine spongiform encephalopathy, is a universally fatal neurological disease. It is a rather hideous infection for which there is no cure. It occurs naturally in the wild but has been caused in most recent years because animal parts were fed to cows. Cows are herbivores – it is counter intuitive to feed them the unsellable parts of other cows – but it’s cheap and increases their protein intake. Cow blood is still being fed to calves in lieu of milk. Mad cow has been found in two instances in America.
The Bush Administration has been adamant about forbidding meatpackers from testing for this disease. Currently meatpackers test less than 1% of the cows that are brought to them even though in some cases the cows cannot stand or walk – an indication that something might be wrong with their nervous systems. A beef producer in Kansas, Creekstone Farms Premium Beef, wanted to test all of its cows so that it could sell its products to Japan – which currently will not buy American beef products because of the US decision not to test for Mad Cow. The other meatpackers protested on the basis that if Creekstone could say that their meat was inspected that might mean they might have to inspect too. The Bush Administration recently passed a regulation making it against the law to test more than 1%.
The danger for most Americans is that they do not know the sources of their meat. In large supermarkets and fast food outlets the meat from literally thousands of cows can be found in a single hamburger. The number of cows in the mix increases the possibility of exposure and gives rise to concern. Most experts agree that it is merely a matter of time before mad cow gets into the American meat supply and mixing the meat from so many cows together will infect more people than getting hamburger made from the meat of one or two cows.
How to avoid this? Buy your meat in bulk directly from a farmer in your neighborhood. Grass fed beef is much better for you. You can very often buy ¼ - ½ a cow. You can also buy pigs and chickens from small farmers. I am here to tell you the taste of grass fed beef and home raised port and chicken is startlingly different. You won’t believe that you’re eating something what the supermarkets and restaurants call beef, pork and chicken. The taste is so much better.

Melamine Scandal in the USA
Using a Freedom of Information Request the Associated Press gained access to FDA test results on melamine in infant formula – the FDA refused to release the report until the AP had gained their Request – It showed conclusively that unhealthy levels of the toxic chemical melamine has been found in 90% of baby formulas including:
· Infamil from Meade Johnson
· Good Start Supreme Infant Formula with Iron made by Nestle
Melamine, which causes kidney failure in cats, dogs and children, has caused the death of four Asian infants and the hospitalization of an additional 54,000. The amounts that would be caused naturally, in the process of manufacture, would be .15 parts per billion. The amounts in these formulas are 16 times that amount – or .247 parts per billion. The political appointees at the FDA, once the AP got their information, decided to get proactive as only the political appointees in this current FDA can. They did not ask the manufacturers of infant formula to take the chemical out – rather they declared 1 part per billion safe. Unfortunately, they did no testing to find out if it actually was safe, they just declared it safe. This declaration came only one month after the same FDA political hacks posted the following on their website, “There are no safe levels of Melamine.”
Melamine has also been found across the United States in candies, cookies and other products containing milk products from China. Some products have been pulled, others ignored. I would strongly suggest reading labels and avoiding all products that say milk or milk products on them until the current appointees have left the FDA – perhaps we should see if the next Administration does better in its appointments to that department before using any products containing milk unless we know the milk comes from American cows and factories. In America we only have to worry about hormones and antibiotics.
Continuing with bad decisions. The EPA has been ordered not to test lead emissions from cement plants, smelters, steel mills and other factories which all but guarantees an increase in lead emissions in air pollution. Lead is so toxic to children, that when lead was banned in gasoline refining in the 1950s, the IQs of average American improved significantly. 1 molecule decreases IQ in children that breathe them.
The Bush Administration has also created regulations that banned toxic substances and hazardous products on the job. They have lowered standards so that workers are no longer guaranteed protection while working with toxic chemicals.
